Mr. Rohn was elected to The Newark Group's Board of Directors in 2000. He is a Managing General Partner at North American Venture Capital Fund. Until his retirement in 1990, he was a Senior Partner and Management Committee Member at the accounting firm of Touche Ross & Co., a predecessor of Deloitte & Touche. He received a B.A. from Colgate University and an M.B.A. from New York University. Mr. Rohn is a director of Franchise Concepts, Inc., Pratt-Read, Inc., Cornerstone Management Solutions, Inc. and American Venture Management Co., Inc. Previously he was a President of the New Jersey State Board of Certified Public Accountants.
