Board for Loose Leaf Ring Binders
Board for loose leaf, three ring or turned edge binders is available in both square and round corners. Spines are sold in combination with panels.
- Panel sizes for round corners range from 4" to 16".
- Round corner radius available in ¼, 5/16, 3/8 and ½"
- Cut tolerances are the same as for book board panels.
Unitized
Three piece-hinged covers are available for book and loose-leaf applications. The construction is the combination of panels, spines and hinges as one piece. Hinge materials used are determined by the customer such as vinyl tape for heat-sealed binders allowing for the mechanical weld along the finished binder’s spine.
- Hinge material vary from kraft tape, vinyl, Tyvek, and full underlay
- Die cut corners are available in 5/16, 3/8 and ½
- Overall sizes range:
Minimum width 4 13/16", length 4"
Maximum width 39", length 18"
