Layer Pads, Dividers and Slip Sheets

Layer Pads

Layer pads consist of a solid board sheet that serves as a partition between two container heights during palletising, such as aluminium cans, glass bottles and glasses, etc. In addition to separating the different heights on a pallet, layer pads give it consistency and enables it to be handled without the risk of toppling over.

• Different types of cardboard available which gives layer pads different characteristics ranging from standard chipboard to water-proof and anti-skid cardboard.

Dividers

Videnest partition dividers are used in corrugated cardboard boxes and act as dividers for the products contained therein, such as bottles of wine or liquor, glasses, etc.

• Made from 100% recycled solid board, whose special characteristics make them well-suited to perform their function and prevent damage from being done to the label.
• Top and bottom edges of divider grids can be straight or rippled.
• Divider grids are available in three types:
  Manual - Placed manually into the box after it has been set up.
  Inserted - Customer receives it glued inside the box which unfolds upon setting up the box.
  Reduced - Fitted over a group of bottles or containers before or after bottling.

Slip/Separator Sheets

As space saving solutions to transport packaging needs, slip sheets made of solid board have the added benefit of strength, durability and moisture protection. And, because all solid board sheets are made of 100% recycled materials, they have the added benefit of recyclability.

Solid board tier and separator sheets protect layered and stacked contents from damage. Again, the tensile strength and moisture/temperature resistant nature of solid board makes sheets of solid board the ideal solution for almost every application.
