Traycompact

Traycompact consists of a solid board tray that is covered on the outside by different-coloured plastic sheets or film (gold, silver, white, black, etc.), giving it the outward appearance that is desired. Its multiple possibilities make it the ideal way to package any type of vacuum-packed food product, such as smoked fish, cold cuts, foie gras, etc., in addition to offering a deluxe presentation for pastry products.

• Available in sheets, to be die-stamped and sheared, or in finished formats ready for use.
• Manufactured in diverse weights and thicknesses, ranging between 600-1,700 gr/m2.
• Can be personalized by printing (logotype, photos, text) on the inside face of the film, which prevents ink from coming into contact with food products.
• Water-proof and metal-free versions available.

Fishcompact

Fishcompact are solid board boxes with four bonding points (lid and bottom) and/or pop-up boxes used to hold fish, shellfish or other products containing a high degree of moisture. Fishcompact boxes are manufactured using diverse types of laminated solid board sheets, depending on the different box types and sizes. Given that these boxes must withstand the presence of water, the recycled cardboard components used in their manufacture are glued and covered with a plastic film or polyethylene-covered Kraft paper, resulting in different outward appearances, in white, beige, silver, etc.

• Designed to withstand rugged conditions aboard a ship, which range from humidity to tropical temperatures to deep-freezing.
• Available in standard boxes with different types and sizes that range from 1-kg up to 50-kg.
• Offset printing ensures Fishcompact box images/graphics are always high-quality with the right amount of lustre.
