The Newark Group operates six paper mills in the U.S. with a combined annual capacity of over 500,000 short tons. Our paper mills manufacture only 100% recycled paperboard grades for use in industrial and commercial applications. Our Newark Pacific Paperboard mill in Los Angeles, CA also manufactures 100% recycled clay-coated paperboard.
Consumer Packaging Grades
Clay coated recycled board (CRB) and uncoated recycled board (URB) designed for folding carton packaging, rigid or set-up boxes and school/office tablet backs.
Graphic Grades
Recycled paperboard manufactured from 100% news waste paper. Used for hardcover book bindings, game boards, puzzles and associated markets.
Tube and Core Grades
Our TAC® grades of 100% recycled paperboard offer superior performance for all spiral and convolute applications.
Specialty Grades
Uncoated paperboard designed specifically for high pressure and decorative laminates. Clay coated paperboard designed for the use in charitable gaming and lottery tickets.
